• Permanent work related to monitoring and increase of customer's satisfaction level.
• Work arrangement with the suppliers fulfilling the requirements of JSC "Saturno-TP".
• Regular training of the personnel and enhancement of their knowledge for purpose of continuous improvement process.
• Infrastructure foundation and support by ensuring high quality product manufacturing.
• Product manufacturing is in accordance with the customers’ requirements.
• New product types production implementation.

Ways of achievement in Environment field:

• Ongoing improvement of environment management system is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001.
• Compliance of our activity in accordance with legal and other requirements in environmental field.
• Observance of production processes in purpose of environment pollution prevention.
• Observance of maximum admissible emissions, waste products reduction.
• Involvement of all the personnel to accomplish the objectives and goals in the field of environment, upgrading ofpersonnel experience, skill and knowledge.

The management of  JSC "Saturno-TP" commits to:

• follow the permanent improvement and environment protection policy and , comply with the applicable requirements of the customers and environmental legislation;
• set up the objectives and goals for implementation of the Policy, ensure its permanent suitability, awareness and support at every level of the organization;
• fulfill the requirements and continuously increase the efficiency of the integrated management system in accordance  with ISO/TS 16949 и ISO 14001 (GOST Р ISO 14001).
